C16/C17 refaced early C18. Two storeys and attic. Painted brick on projecting plinth. Moulded and bracketed wood eaves cornice. Hipped old tile roof. Two dormers with moulded cornices and leaded casements. Three windows (formerly four, one over door now blocked) with architrave frames and central angular bay window with plain frieze and delicate dentilled cornice on first floor. Four windows - with moulded frames and panelled shutters on ground floor and late C18 six-panel door to right hand of centre, good knocker, with guilloche ornament to head of frame, stilted rectangular fanlight of radiating curved and wreathed pattern, and wood doorcase of semi-engaged fluted Doric columns, frieze with key pattern and cornet wreath ornament, and moulded cornice with leaf enrichment to bed mould and cyma, panelled and enriched soffit to entablature. Two-storey similar stable block to left hand with moulded and coved cornice, irregular windows and doors. Blocked segmental arched carriageway.
Interior: ground floor room left has good C18 fielded panelling, door frame of pilasters bolection cornice over. Corner fireplace marble surround. On first floor landing a large mid C17 wall painting, a hunting scene attributed to Edward Pierce. Some of earlier roof structure visible in attics, truss with collar and part of principal, remains of trusses and tie beams, mostly concealed. The rear garden elevation shows earlier part with two gables and narrow projecting gabled bay. C19 fenestration but one leaded casement.
