House, now offices. c1860-70. Rendered with raised quoins, rubble
stone rear wall. Slate roof with 2 dormers. 3-storey with attic.
3 bays. Original door on left, blocked with window. Lugged
architraves and cornice on brackets. 4 Ionic three-quarter columns
on raised bases supporting entablature fascia. Early C20 windows
with etched glass in projecting frames between columns. First
floor windows with architraves and pediments. Moulded string
course forms sill to second floor windows, which have architraves
and key stones. Cornice and raised central attic panel.
