C18 or early C19. One and half storey thatched cottage of chalk rubble with some sarsens and with brick dressings to left hand bay. Two brick chimneys to left. Two eyebrow dormers, one a glazing bar sash window with brick dressings, the other tripartite. On ground floor a mid C19 glazing bar sash to left, 4 panel door to left of centre with weatherporch. Two altered windows to right. Single storey 'L' plan tin roofed stable wing to rear.
