Barn to the west of Byam's Farmhouse

Barn. Early C18. Coursed rubble with wooden lintels and gabled
stone slate roof. Three-bay plan with east midstrey. Two-leaf
plank doors to midstrey with 2-light opening above large lintel;
lean-to sheds to either side forming catslides with main roof.
Attached cowbyre range with circular piers to right and hayloft
with stable below attached to left. Interior. Butt-purlin, collar
and tie beam roof structure with some renewal of timbers.
