Detached house. Early C17 with late C19 and early C20 additions
and alterations. Coursed rubble to early range, coursed and
squared rubble to later wings with flush rusticated dressed stone
quoins, wooden lintels and stone slate roofs with stone stacks.
Irregular T-shaped plan. North-east front of 2 storeys and attic,
7 windows. Windows to ground floor are paired 6-pane sashes and
single 16-pane sashes. Upper windows are 3-light casements.
Small leaded pane casement fenestration to early C20 wing to right-
hand; 2 gabled dormers. Gabled stone slate porch with round-
headed entrance and ball finial to apex; part glazed panelled
door. Single south end stack with moulded base and cap, paired
ridge stack with moulded base and cap and tall stack to early C20
wing with moulded cap. Late C19 mullioned fenestration to rear
wing.
Interior. Tudor-arched doorway in ground floor right-hand room;
some chamfered beams.
