3/280 Yew Tree Farmhouse
II
House, early C19, red brick with stone slate mansard roof and brick
end stacks. Two storeys, three-window range of broad sashes with
gauged brick heads, 12-pane above, 20-pane below and centre door in
timber open pedimented surround. Fluted pilasters with entablature
sections over and plain pedimental gable, possibly a replacement.
Low brick east addition.
