Pair of Bowood estate houses, dated 1872, squared rubble stone with
Bridgwater tile eaves roof and central ridge stack. l 1/2 storeys, 4-
window, symmetrical with projecting cross wings each end, two
dormer gables to centre over plain-tiled verandah on four posts.
Two doors within. Casement pairs throughout, with ashlar
surrounds, and those to gable ends of cross wings also have
hoodmoulds. Dateplaque to first floor centre. Cross wings have
side-wall stacks. Included for group value.
