GV II


Farmhouse, early to mid C18, roughcast rubble stone with hipped
stone slate roofs and rebuilt stacks. Two storeys and attic,
square plan with C20 rear extension. Flush quoins, 16-pane sashes
of early C19 type. West front has centre C20 lean-to projection
possibly masking former door, 16-pane sash each side to ground
floor, 16-pane sash each side above, that to right of small scale.
Brick ridge stack. South front has large C20 flat dormer, 16-pane
sash each floor to left, centre door in lean-to porch linked to
projecting south east extension, roughcast with stone slates,
probably C20. North side has one hipped dormer and C20 north east
2-storey wing. East side has hipped dormer and C20 single storey
addition linking to stable range, not of special interest.
