Late C18 altered. Double fronted ashlar house. 2 mid C19 2 storey 5 light square
bays and central slightly projecting porch with pilastered entrance blocking course
and round headed doorway. 1st floor cill band, cornice and parapet. Slate mansard
roof with coped verges and 2 dormers. Sash windows with circa 1870s glazing (ie
small upper many paned sashes). Stone surrounds to windows at rear which has catslide
roof.
The listed buildings on the north side of the Conigre form a group with West Croft
and Nos 1 and 2 Waldron's Square in British Row.
