One of a pair of mid C19 houses shown on the 1889 Ordnance Survey.
Belongs to a group of 1-2 Bryn Ffynnon.
A reflected pair of 2-storey single-fronted houses of rubble stone, slate roof and shared roughcast stacks to both roof slopes. No 2 on the L side has a replacement half-glazed panel door and overlight, and on the R side 12-pane hornless sash windows under cambered brick heads. No 1 on the R has similar openings but replacement door and windows. Set back on its R side, is a rendered extension with modern fenestration in its gable end.
Not inspected.
