Early/mid C19 simple classical house, probably c1840, which is very little altered externally since building.
Built of coursed squared rock faced stone with a Welsh slate roof and red brick stacks. Double depth central entry plan. Two storeys, three windows. Recessed doorway with late C20 replacement part glazed door. Eight over 8 pane sashes. Low pitch roof with stack at either gable.
Rear elevation not inspected.
Interior not seen but is said to have a straight flight stair in central hall.
Included for its special architectural interest as a well preserved early/mid C19 house retaining good character.
