Small classical house built in c1850 with late C19 alteration.
Constructed probably of brick but wholly rendered and painted with a Welsh slate roof and rendered brick stacks. Double depth central entry plan. Two storeys, three windows. Pedimented doorway with panelled door. This is flanked by a tripartite sash with 2 over 2 panes flanked by 1 over 1 on the left and a similar canted bay on the right. Upper floor windows are all plain 6 over 6 pane sashes. Low pitch roof with gable stacks.
Rear elevation not inspected.
Interior not inspected at resurvey.
Included for its special interest as an early/mid C19 house retaining good character.
