Dwarf red sandstone rubble wall carrying wrought iron spike railings with paired stanchions. In the centre is a gateway with plain ashlar capped piers and C18 style wrought iron double gates.
Included for its special interest as part of a set of early C20 almshouses of definite character and an important historic building in the Monmouth town centre.
