Mid to later C19 end-terrace house, in late Georgian style. The site of the house is marked as vacant on c. 1865 map, it appears to have been an infill between the two houses to W and the row of four to NE.
House, whitewashed roughcast with low-pitched slate roof and rendered end stacks. Two storeys, double-fronted with broad sash windows either side of centre half-glazed door. Upper windows are square 12-pane, lower ones are 16-pane, all hornless, in thin stucco shouldered surrounds, similar surround to door.
Not inspected.
Included for its special architectural interest as a smaller house in late Georgian style, retaining original character.
