Earlier C19 small farmhouse, marked on 1847 Tithe map as owned and occupied by John Davies.
Farmhouse, whitewashed render with slate roof and rendered end stacks. Two-storeys, double-fronted, offset to right. Two 6-pane casements under eaves above, two 4-pane horned sashes and centre door in gabled porch.
Not available for inspection.
