History

A mid C19 milestone shown on the 1889 Ordnance Survey.

Exterior

A freestone mile marker with rounded top, on a concrete plinth. It is painted white with black inscribed letters reading: 'To Rhayader 1 Mile.' and 'Builth 12.'
