A small barn of c1800 shown on the 1843 Tithe map.
A small timber-framed barn clad in weatherboards and iron sheets, on a rubble-stone plinth and with a corrugated iron roof. The full-height entrance L of centre retains one of its boarded doors. The other doorway is infilled with corrugated iron.
Not inspected but said by RCAHM Wales to retain a 3-bay roof with re-used crucks.
Listed for its special architectural interest as a barn retaining C19 character and as part of a strong farm group with the house, and part of a well-preserved small farmstead of a type once common in the region but now rarely well preserved.
