Probably erected very soon after the earliest inscribed death in 1854.
Bath stone ashlar memorial in the form of a Roman altar, surrounded by a coped stone square dwarf wall. Square base with moulded top carrying a square shaft with inscribed faces, cornice and capped by an urn. Inscriptions to John Jenkins, died 1860 and his wife Mary Jenkins, died March V11 1854.
Included for its special interest as a well designed neo-classical monument and for its group value within the churchyard of the Church of St Mary.
