Mid C19 village house in late Georgian style, possibly associated with nearby woollen factory as marked on 1885 OS map.
House, rubble stone, with slate roof, bracketed eaves and stone end stacks with dripstones. Two-storey, three-window range with twelve-pane hornless sash windows with slate sills and central doorway. Six-panel door with two steps up and overlight with rectilinear tracery. Right end wall has C20 gabled porch to right, and tiny four-pane casements, one to ground floor left of centre, the other to first floor right.
Interior not inspected.
Included as a well-proportioned mid C19 village house in late Georgian style.
