Built in the early C19 and shown on the 1841 Tithe map.
Cow house of limewashed rubble stone and slate roof. Openings have boarded doors. On the R (downhill) end is ventilation strip, a doorway under a lintel, then an added blockwork lean-to. Further L are 4 doorways with, respectively, concrete lintel, segmental brick head, wooden lintel and segmental brick head. A metal-framed loft window is in the R gable end. Additions are at the rear.
Listed for its special interest as part of a well-preserved farm group.
