Probably C18 outbuilding, re-roofed in C20. The building was used as surgery by the owner of the farmstead in mid C19, Dr Owen.
Small outbuilding of coursed rubble masonry including large stones as quoins and lintels. The roof is now of profiled sheeting but retains stone slab copings. There is a single doorway in the SE wall and a small window (now blocked) in the apex of the SW gable.
Included as a little altered outbuilding which forms a group with the farmhouse and other agricultural buildings which go to form the complete farmstead at Crafnant.
