Farmhouse probably earlier C19, marked on 1842 Tithe Map, when the house, garden, yard, buildings, and 13 acres(5.26 hectares) were owned and occupied by William Richard. Farmed by John Griffiths 1926. Disused 2002.
Farmhouse, whitewashed rubble stone with slate close-eaved roof and brick end stacks. Two storeys, irregular front. Regular ground floor with board door to centre and small 4-pane horned sash each side, spaced well out towards corners. Brick cambered head to door, stone voussoirs to windows, stone sills. Two small 4-pane upper windows under eaves, one slightly left of door the other slightly left of right ground floor window.
Outbuilding to right, possibly former cowhouse, with corrugated iron roof, partially collapsed 2002, doorway with timber lintel, window under eaves and another doorway to right.
Not inspected.
Included as a small traditional farmhouse of the C19, little altered.
