No 3 has C20 windows and door, thin stucco surrounds to openings, C20 addition to ground floor centre and right, concrete tiles, and rubble stone rear wall with door and tiny upper window, large C20 window inserted left of door. In 1975 there were still sash windows to the front and a flush-panelled door with overlight.

Included as one of the best surviving groups of early industrial workers' housing in the region.
