Mid to late C19 hammel and yard. Not shown on the tithe map of the parish, 1842; built on part of Llanfair Ucha, owned and occupied by Jane Humphreys.
C19 hammel and enclosed yard. Built of rubble masonry; slate roof with tiled ridge and stone copings. The hammel has 2 wide openings which open into the enclosed yard to SW. The front (SW) wall of the yard has been partially rebuilt.
Interior not inspected at the time of the survey.
Included as a good C19 hammel which forms a group with the adjacent field barn.
