A small farmhouse of estate character, late C18 or early C19.
A two-storey, three-window farmhouse in uncoursed local slate masonry. Slate roof with tile ridge and brick end-chimneys.
Asymmetrical front elevation with timber mullion and transom windows and leaded glazing. Boarded door with overlight. Blank gable at left, two small windows at right. Rear elevation has three windows with replaced frames above, door and three similar windows below, one window opening in a former doorway.
A small farmhouse of estate type which has retained its character.
