History

A farm labourer''''s cottage probably built in the third quarter of the C19 and shown on the 1889 Ordnance Survey.

Exterior

A single-storey 2-window cottage of rubble stone with slate roof concealed by corrugated iron sheets, and brick end stacks. The R-hand angle is rounded. Openings have wooden lintels and are offset to the R side. The doorway has a boarded door and is flanked by 2-pane sash windows. A corrugated-iron lean-to is to the L, and projection set back to the R has similar detail.
