A sundial by Troughton of London, probably early C19, set up on a stone pillar as part of the garden improvements designed by Sir T H Mawson for the Aitken family, tenants of Bodelwyddan, in 1910. The dial is perhaps by the workshop of Edward Troughton, instrument maker, d1835.
Bronze sundial with maker''s name, set on a baluster-shaped sandstone pillar on a pedestal of 2 circular steps.
