One half of a mirrored pair of mid C19 cottages.
The right half of a mirrored pair of cottages with painted roughcast front, stucco band, slate close-eaved roof and red brick end stacks. The doors are paired in the centre and each house has 12-pane sash each floor in outer bay. No 1 projects forward of line of cottages to the right, and angle is roughly chamfered.
Included for group value as part of a row of smaller cottages on this side of Cresswell Street.
