Early C19 tiny one-window house, service wing to No 21. Building shown on this site on 1844 tithe map and on Kensington Estate map of 1808. The building is shown as one with No 21 in a photograph of c1950 with iron railings outside.
Terraced house, colourwashed stucco cladding with slate roof and shared, rendered stack to right. Two-storey very narrow one-window range, with one 12-pane sash window each floor to right with narrow doorway to left against end wall of Cartref Hotel. Six-panelled door with plain overlight. Two steps leading up to door.
Included as part of an earlier C19 range, perhaps of one build and of group value with No 21.
