History

Stable with bay for carriage, which appears to be contemporary with house, mid-C19.

Exterior

Single-storey lean-to of snecked dressed sandstone under a slate roof with raised stone copings and kneelers. Double planked doors to R of centre. Former stable to L with single boarded door and window with vertical timber struts and boarding to far L. Single boarded door to R of carriage entrance, beyond which is a later unit, built of sandstone with truncated brick end stack. It has a planked door to L and window to R. No openings to S end facing High Street.

No access to interior at time of inspection.
