Probably early-to-mid C19 cottages, with later extensions. Present doors and windows probably date from around 1920, when the thatched roof (the last in Llandudno) was removed.
Has 2-window front with doorway to L (door with small pane glazing in upper part), then on both floors, two sash windows (horned) with 6 panes in upper sash and no glazing bars in lower sash. Further doorway between ground floor windows.
One of a pair of cottages from pre-resort period of Llandudno.
