Small late C18 or early C19 road bridge. It is possible that the bridge relates to the construction of Trafalgar Street, which presumably occurred shortly after 1805.
Low, small, single-span bridge of local rubble construction. Segmental arch with rough-dressed voussoirs recessed below archrings of narrow stones. Rubble parapets to a flat carriageway, splayed outwards slightly at the approaches.
Listed as an C18 or early C19 regional road bridge retaining good original character in a village setting.
