The chapel is dated 1861, and it is probable that the house is contemporary with it.
Two-storey, 2 window range. Roughcast render with slate roof, and gable end stack. Central doorway with vertically panelled grained door and overlight flanked by 12-pane sash windows on each floor (lower right-hand window renewed in original opening).
Listed as an important component in the group of associated buildings at Capel Bozrah, and as retaining much of its original character.
