Monument to J S Brown who died in 1841 and the style of the tomb suggests that its construction was very soon after this.
White limestone ashlar memorial of Roman altar type. Three square diminishing steps support a square shaft on a moulded base and with a low pyramid cap. The inscription is to J S Brown, died 1841.
