House, whitewashed rubble stone with close-eaved slate roof and red brick end wall stacks, replaced in earlier C20. Two storeys, double-fronted, much offset to left. Two small 2-pane single casements under eaves, over two broader casement pairs of 6 panes, and half-glazed door between. cemented surround to doorway. Windowless rubble stone right end wall. Left end added lean-to in cement blockwork. Added rear outshut, rendered.
Not accessible at time of survey.
Included as a small house, retaining early C19 vernacular character. Buildings of this simple traditional character, once typical, are becoming rare in this region.
