Shown on the 1840 Tithe Map, the farmhouse is likely to have been built in the early C19.
Of regularly coursed rubblestone under slate roof with integral end stacks. 2 storeys. 3-window front; 4-paned sashes with C20 metal shutters; central entrance.
Interior not inspected at time of Survey.
Included as a substantially unaltered early C19 lowland farmhouse, within the vernacular tradition, the very regular coursing of its masonry suggesting that it is slightly later than the nearby farmhouses at Cae-efa-lwyd-fawr and Penbryn Mawr.
