History

Early to mid C19 house.

Exterior

Two storey, 3 window house; pebble-dashed over local stone; slate roof with bracketed eaves. Four-pane sash windows. Central round-headed doorway with pedimented hood (with modillions), supported on pilasters; fanlight over part glazed moulded panelled door. Brick dwarf wall with iron railings.

Reasons for Listing

Early-to-mid C19 house preserving much of its external character with group value with No 79 Eastgate.
