Probably early C19, contemporary with Garth-goch which bears date of 1805.
Rectangular barn of local stone, with whitened bay at L; slate roof. The yard-facing elevation has, from the L, a 4-pane C19 window, a near-central doorway with stone steps and wooden frame, and a square loading bay under the eaves; vent slit below. To the rear, the S end has an outshut; further vent slits to R gable end.
Three-bay interior with an open 2-bay section to the R and a byre bay to the L with loft over; pegeed oak kingpost trusses. A re-used domestic C19 stair gives access to the loft.
Included as forming part of an exceptionally interesting and largely unaltered early C19 upland farm group.
