The terrace of cottages Nos 19-24 (consec) were built probably in the early-mid C19.
Located at the E end of the row, with a blockwork lean-to added to the gable. 1930's style door with oval glazed panel, and 12-pane replacement timber window to the first floor.
Included, notwithstanding alterations in the C20, as a member of a significant row of early C19 village vernacular cottages probably the earliest and simplest of the rows of cottages which form the essence of the character of the conservation area in this nucleated village. The extent of the row and the quality of detail suggests they were built by an adjacent landowner or wealthy farmer for workers.
