An enclosure evidently representing this walled garden is shown on the Tithe map of 1847. The walled garden is likely to have been part of the fine farmstead of the Lloyd family in the later C18. It evidently post-dates the stable building of 1758.
A nearly square walled garden, with a rubble masonry wall on all sides, parts of which survive to a height of about 3m.
Listed for group value with the other listed items of Heol-ddu farmstead.
