Built as part of the establishment of the turnpike road in the 1820s.
Bridge. Roughly coursed rubblestone with tooled ashlar coping. Double-span segmental arch on stone platform divided by massive cutwater on eastern side, both arches with voussoirs and arch-rings. 2 floodwater arches on the Betws Garmon side, the northern similar but smaller than the main arches, the southern very flat and low.
Included for its special interest as a turnpike road bridge.
