Erected by Andrew Doyle of Pendarren House in 1887 to commemorate the golden jubilee of Queen Victoria.
Drinking fountain of coursed rock-faced stone with a shallow recess surmounted by a coped gable. The recess has a shallow stone trough, a stone engraved 1887 and an inserted tap.
A good example of a Victorian wayside drinking fountain.
