History

Built probably in the C18 or C19 as a service adjunct to Plas Iolyn, once the major sub-medieval house of this district.

Exterior

Built of rubble stonework with a slate roof. Single storey, two bays, comprising a washhouse at the SE end with a large stone boiler and stack, and a store to the NW. Two boarded doors, and small window openings.

Reasons for Listing

Included as one of a fine group of listed buildings at Plas Iolyn.
