Built c1900 as part of a general remodelling and rejustification of Plas-yn-Cefn and its home farm.
Rectangular 2-storey range, the lower storey a 5-bay series of open cartbays. Of limestone rubble and brick, with stepped gables and plain end chimney to R; slate roof. The cartbays have plain dividing timber posts. These support a brick upper floor with segmental relieving arches above each ground-floor opening. There are 2 large timber gabled dormers breaking the eaves, with tripartite 4-pane sashes and part-glazed, vertically-boarded gables; oversailing verges and plain bargeboards.
