Built by G.F. Bodley in 1869 as part of Cefn Bryntalch Hall, for Richard Edward Jones.
Brick under a hipped tiled roof. The front contains 2 large openings under segmental arched heads, forming relieving arches above inset timber lintels. Above the right-hand entrance is a gabled attic dormer with opening that may be a pitching loft or window. The NE corner joins the N range. A wall running S from the SW corner links the building with the Groom's accommodation.
Listed grade II as part of a picturesque group of service buildings designed by G.F. Bodley which contribute to the architectural unity of Cefn Bryntalch Hall.
