In 1840 it was still an occupied cottage and garden on the vicarial glebe of the Parish, occupied by John Cadwallader.
Barnwell (1877) refers to it as a ruin, occupied 50 years previously.
Ruin of former vicarage, consisting of a gable wall with a large chimney. Stonework, ivy-covered. Very overgrown.
Listed for its probably historical connection with the buildings at Church Hill Cottage and its connection with Manorbier Church.
