Located on the N side of Maes-gwyn, now forming a narrow farmyard off the approaching track.
Exterior: The range comprises an early C18 timber-framed, slated lower section containing the cowhouse, and, added beyond the stone southern gable wall, two late C19-early C20 bays of brick and corrugated iron. Original timber framed section is of 2 square panels high, 12 long, raised on stone sill walls following the fall in the ground. The walls were probably raised by an additional panel at a slightly later date. 3 doors, one a stable door at the upper end, with a pitching door above the central door. At the N gable end, a triangular timber dovecote is set under the wide projecting verges.
Interior: Cobbled floor with brick channels.
Listed as a virtually unaltered example of late timber framed farm building, which forms a group with Maes-gwyn.
