Mid C19, possibly with earlier core: a smaller building is shown on the site on the 1844 Tithe Map. The cottages were apparently built for estate workers at nearby Bronwydd.
Middle cottage with C20 door, 9-pane window as above to left; stone voussoired heads. Small gabled dormer window with pivoted 4-pane window and slated sides. Shared (?) gable to right with two 4-light timber transom and mullion windows to ground floor: Stone voussoired heads.
The interiors were not available for inspection.
Listed as a picturesque vernacular terrace in attractive village setting.
