A small 2-bay 2-storey farmhouse, late C17 to early C18, timber framed with slate roof, weatherboarded to rear, and the gable end clad in corrugated iron, painted with framing. Framing close studded, with tension braces at 2 levels. Added C20 gabled open porch. C20 timber windows in earlier openings. Brick stack between the hall bay and the narrow lower bay, and lean-to at end. Conservatory added to rear.
Included as a good, well preserved example of a smaller C17-C18 timber framed house using close studding.
