The chapel is dated 1825.
Roughly coursed and squared rubble, with half-hipped slate roof. Doorway in centre of gable end facing street. Split 4-panelled door with radial glazing to fanlight; inscribed stone over door with date etc. Flanking 16-pane sash windows with tooled wedge lintels, and 2 similar windows in each return elevation. School room to right is a single storeyed, 2-window range, with similar 16-pane sashes. Chimney in its brick-built gable end.
Listed as a virtually unaltered early C19 chapel of fine vernacular character.
